Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Free Shipping: For orders totalling $50 or more, we are pleased to provide free shipping. This offer is our way of expressing our gratitude for your support and loyalty. Simply meet the minimum order threshold, and your shipping fees will be automatically waived during checkout.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $50, we charge a flat shipping fee of $7. This fee helps cover the cost of packaging, handling, and delivering your items safely to your doorstep.

All t-shirts and tutus will be shipping out within 3 days and may take up to 4 days to reach you.

Everything else may take up to 14-20 days to reach you. We are a very small business, and all items are custom made so it might take a little while.
Please note that these are general estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as the shipping destination and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit. We will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress and estimated delivery date.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdelivery of your package. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bright Future Clothing. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns subject to the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for unworn, unwashed clothing items with the original tags still attached. Please ensure that the items are in new condition, as we are unable to issue refunds for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

Timeframe for Returns: You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Return Shipping Cost: Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the item.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. You can reach us by emailing us at info[at]brightfutureclothing.com. b. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return address. c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that all tags are still attached. d. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method, and remember to retain your proof of shipment. e. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original form of payment. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we kindly ask you to follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a prepaid return label for the return of the item or by arranging for a replacement to be sent to you.
